A submission is a request, not a scan. A person reads it; nothing runs on your site until they have. The first scan then follows the etiquette — robots.txt first, an identified User-Agent, at most 40 requests spaced apart, no JavaScript, one scan per site per day — and your row and badge appear at the next build.
Queued — a person reads it next. Nothing has run on your site. A confirmation reaches the address you gave within a day; the first scan follows the etiquette only after a person has approved the request, and you hear again when your row and badge are live.
What happens next

- The first scan runs under the etiquette; robots.txt can stop it at any time.
- Your site page names every finding with the request it rests on, and the badge links back to it. The fixes are in the full report.
- No account, no price, no ranking. A grade certifies nothing.
