Nobody buys one tool. You buy eight, and the bill arrives as eight separate
charges you never see added up. Pick the ones you run and this adds them — every figure
resolved from that vendor’s own pricing page on the date we read it, never converted,
never estimated. 123 vendors across 34 categories can be priced in
United States today. Where we have not read a vendor in your market, it is not
selectable and the page says which and why.
Which market are you buying in?
Prices as each vendor showed them to a
visitor there. A vendor that bills the world in one currency shows that currency everywhere.
A stack of eight, priced
One tool per job, the shape a one-person business actually runs. The eight are fixed so the
example keeps its identity; every figure beside them is resolved from that vendor’s own
pricing page on the date in the third column, so the example is stable and the prices are not.

own pricing page on the date shown. Follow a name for every recorded check of it, or read

Tick what you actually run. The total is annual, and it is only ever a total of figures we
have read.
108 tracked vendors cannot be priced in United States and are not selectable: 8x8, A2 Hosting, AI/ML API, ActiveCampaign, Activepieces, Akismet, BigCommerce, Bitdefender, Bitwarden (Teams and Enterprise), Cal.com, Campaign Monitor, Canva, Capsule CRM, Carrd, ClickUp, Clipchamp, Close, Copper, Copy.ai, Cronitor, Dashlane, Dialpad, DocSend, Docusign, DreamHost, Ecwid, EmailOctopus, Fastmail, Figma, Fillout, FlexClip, Fliki, Formstack, FreeAgent, Freshdesk, Freshsales, GoTo Connect, Grammarly, Grasshopper, Gumroad and others. Each one is a vendor whose pricing page we hold observations for but no gated plan ladder in this market. Selecting them would mean converting a figure from somewhere else, which we do not do.

One vendor, at your size
The other question: not what eight tools cost together, but what one costs as you grow.
Pick a category and a size.
What are you pricing?
How to read this: a per-year figure is
twelve months of what the vendor charges — its own annual total where it publishes one,
otherwise twelve times the monthly rate. Where a plan carries a recorded introductory price,
the two rows separate what you pay in the first year from the standing rate you pay after it.
Every number comes from the vendor’s own pricing page on the date shown beside its name,
and nothing on this page is converted between currencies: two currencies mean two totals.
