The page carries a 'Yearly billing' control and a note that a free .com domain is included on yearly, but that control reported no usable on-screen position in our reads and we could not actuate it reliably — so no yearly rate is quoted here rather than one being inferred. What makes Framer's headline price misleading is not billing period but the add-on stack: editors, content editors, locales, A/B testing and multi-site hosting are all metered on top of the plan.
